Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms regulate the purchase of products through the website www.metroconceptstore.com. By placing an order on the website, the customer fully accepts these terms and conditions.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal (Europe only)

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery date.

For orders placed from December 5th, returns are accepted until January 5th without the 14 day limit.

Shipping

Metrò Concept Store ships using several national and international couriers including TNT, FedEx, Bartolini, UPS, SDA and Poste Italiane. The most reliable and efficient service will be selected depending on the destination.

Shipping costs

• Italy: €6
• Free shipping in Italy for all orders over €100
• Cash on delivery: €9 (including €3 surcharge)
• Europe: €15

Delivery times

• Italy: 24 / 48 hours for orders placed before 12:30 PM
• Europe: 3 / 5 working days
• Extra EU countries: 3 / 7 working days

Extra EU shipments

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom and countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid once the shipment arrives in the destination country.

If these charges are refused, the shipment will remain in customs storage and no refund will be issued.

Orders shipped outside the European Union are considered final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Under no circumstances is it possible to refuse the delivery of the ordered goods. This action will not be considered a valid return request but a breach of contract.

Returns (Italy and European Union only)

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, according to Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery.

For orders placed from December 5th, returns are accepted until January 5th without the 14-day limit.

Return options

• Exchange: request a different size or item (free of charge – all costs are covered by us).
• Store credit: receive a voucher equal to the value of your order, valid for 6 months (free of charge).
• Refund: your order will be refunded with a €10 (for Italy) / 25€ (for Europe) deduction to cover return shipping costs.

*Size or item exchanges are free for orders over €65. For orders below this amount the cost is €6 for Italy and €15 for Europe.

The selected return option cannot be modified later.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unworn, unused, with original tags attached and in its original packaging.

Any signs of wear, perfume smells or washing will cancel the right to return or may result in a deduction from the refund amount.

How to request a return

1. Go to your order status page (click the "View Your Order" button in the confirmation email you received after purchasing).

2. Click "Request Return" and select the items you wish to return, indicating the reason.

3. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your request is approved.

Don't have an account? No problem: you can still request a return using the same procedure, without having to register.

Return shipping methods

Once the return is approved, Metrò Concept Store will provide the return label. You will then be able to:

• Schedule a home pickup with our courier
• Drop the package at a designated drop-off point

Return package conditions and packaging instructions

1. Pack the items to be returned in their original packaging or a suitable package. (The package used for the return must be similar in size to the one used for the original shipment. Larger packages may incur additional charges that will be deducted from your refund.)

2. Print the return label received via email and affix it to the package, covering or removing any old labels.

3. Deliver the package to the courier indicated on the label within 7 days of approval.

Return processing

Once the returned package has been received and inspected to verify that all conditions are met, we will proceed with the exchange, issue a store credit or process the refund according to the selected option.

Refund

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase (Credit Card or PayPal). Otherwise the refund will be issued via bank transfer.

A deduction of €10 for Italy and €25 for Europe will be applied to cover return shipping costs.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via express courier.

• Italy: within 2 working days
• Islands: +1 day
• Europe: 3/5 work days

Shipping cost in Italy is normally €6. Orders above €100 qualify for free shipping.

Custom duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer.

Product availability

Although inventory is constantly updated, availability of some products or sizes cannot always be guaranteed.

Prices

All prices displayed on the website include VAT and may change without prior notice.
