Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms regulate the purchase of products through the website www.metroconceptstore.com. By placing an order on the website, the customer fully accepts these terms and conditions.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal (Europe only)

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery date.

For orders placed from December 5th, returns are accepted until January 5th without the 14 day limit.

Return options

Exchange with another size or item (free of charge)
Store credit valid for 6 months
Refund with €12 deduction for return shipping costs

The chosen return option cannot be changed later.

Return conditions

The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging.

Signs of wear, perfume smell or washing may cancel the right of return or result in a deduction from the refund.

Return procedure

Return requests must be sent to metroconceptstore@gmail.com or submitted through the customer account section.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via express courier.

Italy: within 2 working days
Islands: +1 day
Europe: 3/5 work days

Shipping cost in Italy is normally €6. Orders above €99 qualify for free shipping.

Custom duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer.

Product availability

Although inventory is constantly updated, availability of some products or sizes cannot always be guaranteed.
